Our experience could not have been better
We discovered flooding in our living room during the heavy rains a couple of days before Christmas. We called Juan Cisneros at ServiceMaster. (Five or six years ago, he had led a team that helped us with another water damage problem.) He came to our house very quickly, which is important when there is ongoing water damage. Like before, Juan was professional and thorough, and solved the problem. He has deep knowledge and experience, and he patiently answered my many questions. When dealing with sudden water damage, it's stressful, unexpected, and the last thing that a person wants to deal with is insurance and companies and fix-it teams who don't have your best interest, but in this case, Hector and his entire team were on time, understanding, neat, and treated our home as if it were theirs. They were informative, covered items, and moved things in a systematic and organized manner that helped my family to move about during the process.
