Nick and his team were brought on by my insurance company to help with flooding from my A/C unit. They immediately came in and assessed the problem and began working on it that day. They consistently made daily checks to ensure the water levels and any changes they needed to make.
After finding the start of mold, they took all the safety steps to contain, remove, and clear all of the mold and even achieve test results showing the area was clear.

We had a flood and of course when dealing with situations like this, there is always concern with hiring a company as you're in a vulnerable situation. Well Royalty will give no reason for that concern.
Royalty was at our location ASAP once they were notified to get the job done. Their team was polite, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process. Any time we contacted them they answered immediately. They communicated and answered all questions without hesitation when asked. There were no surprise fees or questions on the final bills.
