Quickly assessed the damage

A '10' for ServiceMaster Restore
When our Carriage Home flooded, we were devastated! However, the owners and crew of ServiceMaster in Brainerd/Little Falls made our disaster so much easier to handle! Jackie Retka (Owner) was there on day 1 and brought BIG dehumidifiers to begin drying. Day 2 ~ a POD, dumpster, Ken Retka (Owner) and 3-man crew showed up and went to work. The crew was careful with all of our furniture and personal belongings. They were kind, considerate and very professional! I give these owners and crew a '10'!

As you can imagine, it isn’t a pleasant thing to clean a house that has smoke damage, but they did so with a great attitude. Prompt Service for Dry Out and Demo
Had some serious water damage from a kitchen faucet, it was a literal flood. I had prompt service for dry out and demo of the cabinets and flooring that were damaged at a lake cottage. It was a big job. I would have given 5 stars if communication in the form of periodic status updates had occurred during the approximate 2-week process. When I reached out periodically, they handled my inquiries promptly though. Overall, I would definitely use them again.
