I called my insurance company, who works with ServiceMaster, after our pipe in a wall leaked and ruined the wall and floor. The next day they reached out and scheduled someone to come out to pull out all the wet stuff and dry it out. They won't come until you have found and stopped the leak.
Elvis arrived after the weekend and cut out the drywall and flooring that was wet. He took tons of measurements with the moisture/mold testers and then sprayed some stuff. He was in and out pretty quick, and he was super friendly. He cleaned up after himself very nicely. After two days he called me and showed up again to take more readings, then removed the equipment. He made sure I knew what he was doing and all that stuff. My insurance paid them directly since they work together, and that was it.
I would totally use them again if I had to choose someone.
