We had $40,000 worth of damage from broken water pipes. ServiceMaster came in and did a phenomenal job of drying things out and reconstructing everything. We are very happy with the outcome and would most certainly hire them again if need be.

The day after my father passed, a pipe burst in my basement, flooding it with over a foot of water. It ruined my finished basement, not to mention many items from my partner who passed four years ago. Understandably, timing couldn't be worse. Dealing with grief is hard enough without having such destruction and *more* loss. It was a lot to process. My insurance company gave me a choice of a few places for the initial mitigation, but ServiceMaster was the only name I recognized, so I opted to go with them. Boy, am I glad I made the choice I did! From the onset, the office staff treated me with compassion, kindness, and understanding. Throughout the process, Paul and the guys (Jake, Q, and Midge) were just wonderful. They worked with me, were patient and supportive, assured me that they had things handled and I should focus on dealing with the loss of my father. They hustled, too, working fast to mitigate damage. I never felt like just a faceless customer. Each of them related to me as a person. They were *real,* and not cold contractors on just another job. I highly recommend ServiceMaster by Griffing. They made a horrible situation more bearable. Thanks, guys, for everything!

Excellent and Extremely Attentive Feb 23, 2026

Both Paul and Jake were excellent and extremely attentive in the remediation of my house. I got a call back from them within about 30 minutes of making my claim, and they were there every day until the losses were documented and the house was dry. Everything was carefully packed and labeled, and Paul was very clear as to what to expect throughout the process. I most certainly would recommend them.

Called ServiceMaster by Griffing because of mold in my mother's basement. When they came, they identified the source of the moisture problem and also discovered mice nests. They ended up cleaning out the whole basement, treating for the mold, and getting rid of the odors from the dead mice and all the droppings. My mother loved Paul! Overall, great experience.

Due to historic rainfall in our Brookfield, Wisconsin area home, ServiceMaster was recommended from our insurance company to do the restoration due to sewer backup and mold. I can’t say enough good things about ServiceMaster Restore! I had an A/C water line clog in the attic and ended up with a ceiling collapsing in one room and another waiting to collapse. The crew did an incredible job of cleaning up, packing furniture and boxes for storage, making sure everything was dry, sanitizing to make sure there would be no mold or mildew problems, and finally vacuuming. I want to thank all of you: Kara, Chewy, Paul, Dominick, Corey, Tyler and “Q,” Russ, and Chewy again because he was here twice. They were all incredibly hard workers, always pleasant, and they liked my dogs🤣. All of these people are an asset to the ServiceMaster organization and I would highly recommend ServiceMaster in Dalton to anyone who needs restoration services.
