Honestly, we have had some rough experiences with other contractors in the area and I'm so glad I found ServiceMaster. Not only were they very communicative but also friendly and did an amazing job assessing both efficiently and effectively for our mold issue. If you are considering them, I'd say call and get it done. Ty guys for your helpful recommendations along the way and for treating us as more than just a $ source. I'd like to say I'd call you again, but I really hope I don't have to haha.

ServiceMaster Has Been an Absolute Pleasure
ServiceMaster has been an absolute pleasure to work with after an event that was definitely not a pleasure. We had some water back up in the basement, and our insurance company sent SM out right away. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional, kind, and has walked us through every step of the process. We've had some questions, since this is our first time having to deal with anything like this, but Aiden has been on top of things and has gotten right back to us. Textiles were out next day, removed and cleaned everything they could, and provided a detailed list of the items that could not be saved. Remediation followed quickly after and had most of the demo done that day.
We just got our cleaned textiles back today, and some items are better than new. Remodel/restore will be the final step, and we're working through that at the moment. I have no doubt that we will be fully satisfied based on the process up until now. We're very thankful to the team at ServiceMaster and would absolutely recommend them for any needs that you might have.
