I had a great experience with this team. Alicia was my main point of contact, and she was very responsive and communicated every step in the process of helping us deal with a leak we had. She is very knowledgeable, and I appreciated all the work she did for us. I felt she went above and beyond. I would absolutely use them again. As a small business owner, it is challenging to have to deal with a leak, and she made it very manageable so I could continue to focus on my customers.

We needed to move all of our belongings out of our house after a pipe leak so we could replace the floors in our house. Our insurance company arranged for ServiceMaster to handle the packing, moving, and storage. They did a fantastic job. The initial review and assessment of the home was handled really well, and I was well informed as to what to expect. Bethany was the point person who scheduled everything after that, and she couldn’t have been easier to deal with. She should conduct seminars in how to communicate with clients!

Our upstairs AC unit overflowed after the drain pump became clogged, causing the condenser collection tray to overflow in the space between the floors. We noticed the issue when the water stains appeared in the ceiling in the main bathroom. Our insurance company recommended ServiceMaster by Diamond Quality Services for our water remediation work. Totally glad they did.
Josh showed up the same day we called and gave us a quick assessment of the work to be done and got everything started. He was very professional and completely explained what we could expect over the next several days during the process.
Kennedy and Clayton followed up the next couple of days to complete the remediation process. Again, both were very courteous and professional.
We are completely satisfied with all the work performed.

This company was a Godsend! Everyone from the receptionist to techs were so pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. I had to pay out of pocket due to my insurance not covering any repairs/removal, and they worked with me. Recently, my upstairs 50-gallon hot water tank flooded my kitchen. I called ServiceMaster and they promptly sent Brandon to my home to assess the situation and start the drying process. A day or so later, Brandon and his teammate Clayton came to continue the drying and cleanup process. For several days, they checked in with me via text and stopped by to make sure everything was going okay. Both were very professional and easy to work with. I called one day, and the next day they delivered everything once the project was finished. They Do It Very Well
We had a fire at our home in the kitchen. Looking at the aftermath of the fire and the damage and soot left, it seemed as if this would never be the same. In stepped these professionals from Service Masters and assured us that this was what they are trained to do, and I must say they do it "very well." They meticulously cleaned every nook and cranny of our home. The staff were so knowledgeable and, most of all, courteous and friendly. They Went Above and Beyond
I can't say enough about our experience. This has been the most stressful season in recent memory, as a hot water pipe burst and destroyed the floors in our entire home. Our insurance adjuster called ServiceMaster, and they came out the next day and began their work. They were so kind and helpful. Brandon was our main liaison, and he sent us lots of detailed updates. He and his crew took great care of our space and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I trusted them completely to be in and out during the day while we were at work and had no problem leaving them a key. I had no idea the depth of the services they provide, from moving us out carefully and efficiently to demo work, to communicating effectively and quickly with us and our adjuster on our behalf. I had been looking to the future of this project with so much dread, but Brandon and his crew at ServiceMaster, including their manager in Little Rock, Colby, went above and beyond to make it so much easier and less stressful than I had expected. USE THEM. You won't regret it. I owe them approximately 1,000 baked goods for their above-and-beyond service.
