Eric is amazing. While we didn’t love the circumstances of his visit (our dishwasher leaking everywhere), Eric and his team were very helpful and made sure everything was 100% dry. They were incredibly professional, and his visits were always well communicated. I’d highly recommend. While I hope to never have this issue again, if I did, I’d call ServiceMaster.

Eric and Tim did a great job. They are very thorough and knowledgeable about water damage and mold. They showed up promptly and always at the time that was promised. Eric is very responsive and answered all my questions same day. As a woman, construction type stuff isn’t really my expertise, but they explained everything in plain terms after they assessed the damage. On top of doing great work, they seemed like genuinely nice and honest people. I would call them again if we had more water damage. They were easy to work with and exceeded my expectations.
