I had ServiceMaster out for a flooded basement and they did a great job throughout the entire process. They were able to get to my condo within the same day that I had reached out to them. They had all of my wet furniture moved, along with the wet carpet and drywall removed that night. They brought in all needed equipment and got it dry within a few days. I really appreciated the time that they spent walking me through what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and exactly how the process would work since I've never experienced this before. Once it was dry and everything cleared with my insurance company, they came back and put it all back together. It looks like nothing had ever happened. I want to thank their entire team for all their hard work.
