Russ is an amazing human
We had a leak in our kitchen. It's the second one in less than 4 years. Our insurance company sent another mitigation company out, and as soon as they walked through the door, I knew they weren't the company for me. I had this terrible feeling inside of me, and I felt as if they saw dollar bills thinking it was an insurance claim. Little did they know, we ended up having to pay out of pocket!
I reached out to my insurance company, and they sent out ServiceMaster. Russ came out to our home, and I felt so much peace. If you have ever encountered Russ, you know he's a kind and thoughtful person. He is the best when it comes to customer service. He listens to every word his customers say, and he cares about their situation. Having an emergency like this, especially during the holidays, is difficult, but Russ made everything so much better.
Russ is an amazing human, and I am at a loss for words to describe what he has done for our family. Every day, Russ came to our home with a smile on his face and kindness in his heart. When the other company was going to open up my whole entire ceiling in 2 different areas, Russ knew that wasn't necessary. He opened up one small area in our ceiling and one small area in our soffit, knowing that would do the trick and there was no need to be so excessive. Obviously, he was right because our home dried out in one area quicker than expected without cutting open the whole ceiling, and the other area took the expected amount of time.
Russ came out every day to check on the process, and each day the progress got better and better. I called Russ' manager and told him all of the wonderful things we felt about Russ and expressed that Russ needs to be praised and complimented. I hope ServiceMaster knows the type of employee they have in Russ and they appreciate him.
I also want to thank the other guys who came out with Russ to do the work. They understood how much pride we have in our home. They were meticulous. They covered every single part of my kitchen and dining room. They left no trace of them ever being there. They did great work. They were also super kind and thoughtful. I appreciate them so much. So, thank you to J.R. (Elisar), James, Robert, and Ramiro. And, last but not least, thank you to Tracy in the billing department who cares about the company's customers and recognizes the quality of service employees give to their customers.

Service Masters, the name says it all… From start to finish their staff of Thomas Bojo, Israel Campos, Julio and staff jumped into action. On day 1, Israel showed up early, assessed safety concerns in my home, created a game plan with his team, and went to work immediately. The level of professionalism and understanding put me at ease and made a stressful situation far easier to be dealt with. Israel and staff boxed up personal items and saved what they could. I appreciated that they valued our personal belongings and took the time to save them. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From the start, they called when they said they would, showed up on time and began work immediately. These guys were great! Polite, professional and thorough. They moved heavy items, covered my countertops to prevent damage, brought their own boxes in to help us pack up our things and left our house clean and ready for the repairs to begin. I would highly recommend them.
