We contacted Mike Osouna at ServiceMaster Restoration by OJS to find and fix a water leak into our office. He got fantastic people to handle the water damage mitigation, find and address the cause of the leak (water from the foundation), and perform interior and exterior repairs (including replacing wallboard, completely re-doing our planter (where the leak was originating), painting, etc.) to solve the issue. He also was able to get us a great electrician to address a pre-existing issue with our main fuse box. He and all his folks were very supportive and accommodating.
