Wonderful Experience With This Company
I have had a wonderful experience with this company. They started on my job right away and they sent out two individuals to start the demo work. I was very impressed with their work ethic, their communication, and their concern for making as little mess in my house as possible.
I had never had water damage in my house before and I was devastated when it first happened, but they made a very difficult situation much better by their willingness to do the right thing and get me back to normal as fast as possible. A special shout out to Daniel and Rodney. They represent the company extremely well and I appreciated everything they did to help me get back to normal.
3/3/26 An update to my original post. I wanted to add that the office staff was just as helpful and professional as the folks that are doing the work at my house. I’ve had several calls to the office and every time individuals answering the phone have been helpful and caring and very professional. I appreciate all of you. What a great team!!!!

Luis was absolutely amazing. He came out on a Saturday to remove the carpet from my Grandma’s house after a leak, and he was so incredibly kind and genuine. He explained things and reviewed them all slowly to ensure my Grandma understood everything. He even took the time to straighten out the items in the closet as he was putting them back after he moved them to remove the carpet. Great service, very impressed.

House Safe for My Kids
I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us out in an emergency. They found quite a bit of damage that we didn’t know about. Great Team Effort
Daniel, Marvin, Luis, and Rodney were great. Daniel came and did the initial inspection of the water damage. He explained quite a bit to me. Marvin was very helpful at moving stuff that needed to be moved in the garage so that my water heater could be relocated for the drywall to be removed. Marvin also thoroughly explained everything that was going on with mitigating the mold. Scheduling was really the only problem we had because of me having to work and not being able to take the time off, but we got it done within a week.

Excellent Restoration by ServiceMaster
Several weeks ago, the drip pan beneath my AC collapsed and caused substantial water damage to my home. Over that time, ServiceMaster has done an excellent job taking care of my home. Everyone was very professional. I don't recall the names of the demolition crew members, but they were very considerate and went to great lengths to get the work done while keeping the home comfortable. The restoration crew Mike, Luis, Francesco, and Omar did the same, and their work looks better than before the accident.

They showed up with all the tools, machinery, and lots of trash bags... they even hauled away the drywall and carpet!!! Vacuumed all the dust too!!!
